Introduction

Welcome to Feqee.com, a platform connecting customers and business owners through prepaid offers, cash credits, and service packages. By using Feqee.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions

  • "Feqee", "We", "Us" — The Feqee.com platform, operated in New Zealand.
  • "Customer" or "User" — Individuals using Feqee.com to purchase prepaid services or credits.
  • "Business Owner" — Businesses registered on Feqee.com offering services/products to customers.
  • "Pro Plan" — A paid subscription available only to business owners, allowing them to manage payments directly via their own POS system.

Platform Usage

For Customers (Users):

  • Feqee.com is free to use — there are no fees for customers.
  • Customers can purchase prepaid services or credits from business owners listed on the platform.
  • The terms of each product/service — including refund availability and expiry date — are shown on the service/product page.

For Business Owners:

  • Free to register and list offers.
  • If business owners subscribe to the Pro Plan, you can collect payments directly from customers using your own POS system — Feqee.com does not hold these funds.
  • If business owners do not use the Pro Plan, Feqee.com will hold the customer's prepaid funds until redemption or refund.

Payment & Fund Handling

Pro Plan Business Owners:

  • Pro Plan Business Owners can handle customer payments directly.
  • Pro Plan Business Owners are solely responsible for securing the funds and fulfilling any service or refund obligations.
  • Feqee.com does not hold or manage prepaid funds.

Free Plan Business Owners:

  • Feqee.com holds the prepaid funds on your behalf until redemption or refund.
  • Feqee.com is responsible for the security of funds held in the platform account.
  • Business owners must ensure they can fulfill the service/product as described.
  • A 3% Stripe processing fee applies when funds are withdrawn from the platform.

Refunds Policy

  • Each business owner sets their own refund policy.
  • The refund policy for each product/service is clearly displayed on its page.
  • If a refund is allowed:
    • You (the customer) may request a refund anytime before redemption.
    • Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days.
    • If payment was made directly to a business owner (Pro Plan), refund requests must be made directly to the business.

Expiry of Prepaid Services

  • Some prepaid offers may have an expiry date.
  • The expiry terms are clearly displayed on the product/service page.
  • Customers must redeem their prepaid services before the expiry date.
  • Once expired, you will not be able to redeem the prepaid offer.
  • Customers are responsible for checking expiry terms before purchase.
  • If the offer does not have an expiry date, it will remain valid until redeemed or refunded.

Risk & Liability

  • Feqee.com is a platform provider only — we do not control or guarantee the quality, delivery, or legality of the services offered by business owners.
  • For payments made directly to business owners (Pro Plan), Feqee.com holds no responsibility for the funds or services.
  • For payments held by Feqee.com (Free Plan), we are responsible for securely holding the funds and handling refund requests as per the displayed terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on Feqee.com is owned by Feqee or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.

Privacy

  • Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
  • By using Feqee.com, you consent to our data collection and handling practices.

Amendments

  • We may change these Terms at any time.
  • You will be notified of significant updates.
  • Continued use of Feqee.com means you accept the updated Terms.
